Creating custom calendars

1. Full calendar view: Allow users or roles to view all activities created for a brand.
   
2. View-based on module permissions: Allow users or roles to view only the activities created from modules to which they have access.
   For example, if a user or role has access to Campaigns, Social, and Survey modules, then they can only view activities created in those modules in the calendar. 

1. Go to Brand Studio and select the Calendar tab.
   
2. Click the Add icon next to Calendar.
   
   
3. Enter a Name.
   
4. Select conditions from the dropdown list.
   
   
5. Click the Add  icon to add more conditions.
   
6. Click Create.
   
7. Click Share in the pop-up to share the calendar.
   
   
8. Select the Users or Roles radio button.
   
9. Select the users or roles from the lookup field and choose the appropriate permissions from the dropdown list.
   
   
10. Click Share. 
    

Modifying a custom calendar 

1. Go to Brand Studio and select the Calendar tab.
   
2. Click the More icon next to the calendar in the Custom Calendar section.
   
3. Select Edit, Share, or Delete as required.
   

Create and plan your activities from Calendar 

1. Go to Calendar and navigate to the date to which you want to add an activity.
   
2. Click the Add icon.
   
   
3. In the Add Activity pop-up, do the following:
   
1. Enter the Name.
   
2. Select the Activity Type from the dropdown list.
   
3. Select a Marketing Project from the dropdown list. You can also click + Create New Project to associate the activity with a new marketing project.
   
4. Select an Owner from the dropdown list.
   
5. Add a comment if required and click Save.
