Updating your Credit Card on File
If you pay by credit card, keeping the details updated in Zoho Desk is important. Your payments will not go through if your card on file has expired or invalid. Also, failed payments may cause your account to be moved to the Free plan.
Note:
- Only the primary contact (or the Super Admin) can manage subscriptions in your help desk.
To update your credit card:
- Click your Account Photo in the top-right corner of the help desk.
- Click Subscription at the bottom of the profile window.
The Zoho Store page opens in a new tab.
- Click Your Store Details from the upper-right corner of the page.
- Select Payment Method from the drop-down menu.
You can view the card information that is currently being used on your account.
- Click Change on the Payment Method page.

- Enter the details of your new credit card on the Change Payment Method page.
- Click Update.
- Once your card details are updated, click OK.
You will be taken back to the Payment Method page where the newly updated card details will be displayed.
