Updating your Credit Card on File
- Only the primary contact (or the Super Admin) can manage subscriptions in your help desk.
- Click your Account Photo in the top-right corner of the help desk.
- Click Subscription at the bottom of the profile window.
The Zoho Store page opens in a new tab. - Click Your Store Details from the upper-right corner of the page.
- Select Payment Method from the drop-down menu.
You can view the card information that is currently being used on your account. - Click Change on the Payment Method page.
- Enter the details of your new credit card on the Change Payment Method page.
- Click Update.
- Once your card details are updated, click OK.
