Installing the extension 

1. Log in to your Zoho Desk account with Administrator privileges.
   
2. Click the Setup icon (  ) > Integrations > Marketplace. 
3. Search for 'GoToWebinar' in the search bar on the right.
   
4. Select the GoToWebinar extension and click Install.
   
5. In the GoToWebinar Installation Setup page, select profiles whose agents can access the extension in Zoho Desk.
   
6. Agree to the Terms of Use and click Install.
   
7. Click Authorize, then select the portal that you want to install the extension in.
   
8. Authorize your GoToWebinar account by clicking Authorize in the pop-up.
   

Accessing the extension from the right panel

1. Click the Extensions icon (  ) on the right panel of the tickets detail page.
   The GoToWebinar widget will be displayed in the right panel.
2. When you access the extension from the right panel, you can do the following:
   
1. Schedule a webinar
   
2. View upcoming events
3. Edit upcoming events

To schedule a webinar: 

1. Open the ticket for the presenter whom you are scheduling the webinar for.
   
2. Click the Schedule a Webinar tab in the right panel.
   
3. Provide Webinar name, Description, Date, and Time & Duration.
   
4. Click Schedule.
   The webinar link will be generated and added to the reply editor.
   
   
   

To view and edit upcoming webinars:

1. Click the Events tab in the right panel.
   
2. All the upcoming events will be listed.
   
3. Click the Edit icon to modify events details.
   You will be redirected to your GoToWebinar dashboard, where you can make necessary changes.
   
   
   

Uninstalling the extension

1. Go to Setup > Integrations > Marketplace. 
   
2. Click All under Marketplace.
   
3. Click Installed Extensions under Marketplace page.
   
4. Choose GoToWebinar from the list of extensions.
   
5. Click the More icon (  ) in the upper-right corner of the GoToWebinar extension setup page.
   
6. Select Uninstall Extension.
   
7. Click Confirm.
