A good reputation is essential for every business, especially those operating in an ecommerce environment. When online businesses do not have a physical presence, consumers can only rely on information they find online to make their purchase decisions from them. One such online platform is Reclame AQUI.
The Reclame AQUI serves as an online survey platform where customers can post their reviews and complaints about products and services offered by various companies. They also offer businesses a space to reply to their consumers. Reclame AQUI forms a communication channel between the customers and companies.
With the Reclame AQUI for Zoho Desk extension, companies can integrate their Reclame AQUI account with their Zoho Desk account so that for every customer posting about their company in Reclame AQUI, they will have a ticket created in Zoho Desk. Additionally, the company's agents can respond to the customers' reviews and complaints from within the Zoho Desk, which will be posted directly in Reclame AQUI.
Installing the extension
You can install the Reclame AQUI extension either from the Zoho Marketplace or from your Zoho Desk account.
To install from Zoho Desk:
Log in to your Zoho Desk account with Administrator privileges.
Click the Setup icon () > Integrations > Marketplace. Search for 'Reclame AQUI' in the search bar on the right.
Select the Reclame AQUI for Zoho Desk extension, then click Install.
Under General Settings, select the department and profiles whose agents can access the extension in Zoho Desk.
Agree to the Terms of Use, then click Install.
Click Authorize, then click Accept to authorize Zapps to activate the extension.
Click Authorize, then click Accept to authorize your Zoho OAuth service.
Under Preferences, provide your Reclame AQUI authentication credentials such as User and Secret, provided by the Reclame AQUI technical team.
Click Save.
Upon successful authentication, you will be notified with a success message and the tickets synchronization will happen.
Once the extension is configured, you will start receiving the complaints posted by your customers as tickets in Zoho Desk.
To access the tickets:
Go to the Tickets module.
A ticket for every complaint in Reclame AQUI will be created and listed.
Click on a ticket to view the desired customer's reviews.
Provide a response by sending a reply in the same ticket.
The response will be posted in the Reclame AQUI platform on behalf of your company.
Uninstalling the extension
- Go to Setup > Integrations > Marketplace.
In the Marketplace page, click Installed Extensions.
Choose Reclame AQUI for Zoho Desk from the list of extensions.
Click the More icon ( ) in the upper-right corner of the Reclame AQUI for Zoho Desk extension setup page.
Select Uninstall Extension.
Click Confirm.
