Installing the extension

1. Log in to your Zoho Desk account with Administrator privileges.
2. Click the Setup icon () > Integrations > Marketplace. 
3. Search for 'Reclame AQUI' in the search bar on the right.
4. Select the Reclame AQUI for Zoho Desk extension, then click Install.
5. Under General Settings, select the department and profiles whose agents can access the extension in Zoho Desk.
6. Agree to the Terms of Use, then click Install.
   
   
7. Click Authorize, then click Accept to authorize Zapps to activate the extension.
8. Click Authorize, then click Accept to authorize your Zoho OAuth service.
   
   
9. Under Preferences, provide your Reclame AQUI authentication credentials such as User and Secret, provided by the Reclame AQUI technical team.
10. Click Save.
    
    

Accessing information from Reclame AQUI

1. Go to the Tickets module.
   A ticket for every complaint in Reclame AQUI will be created and listed.
2. Click on a ticket to view the desired customer's reviews.
   
   
3. Provide a response by sending a reply in the same ticket.
   The response will be posted in the Reclame AQUI platform on behalf of your company.
   
   

Uninstalling the extension

1. Go to Setup > Integrations > Marketplace.
2. In the Marketplace page, click Installed Extensions.
3. Choose Reclame AQUI for Zoho Desk from the list of extensions.
4. Click the More icon ( ) in the upper-right corner of the Reclame AQUI for Zoho Desk extension setup page.
5. Select Uninstall Extension.
6. Click Confirm.
