By customizing the appearance of your ASAP help widget, you can reflect your brand's identity. You can select the theme colour and size of the ASAP window and customize the launcher's appearance, including the icon, shape, and position. You can also turn the Powered by Zoho Desk tag on or off.

Let's learn about the customization options that are available.

1. In the Zoho Desk portal, click the Setup icon.
2. Select ASAP under Self Service.
The ASAP for the webpage will appear.
3. Open the desired ASAP and navigate to the Customize your widget's appearance tab.
4. On the customize your widget's appearance window, do the following:
      a. Select the theme color from the given color palette.
      b. Choose a pattern from the given options, or you can also upload a pattern of your choice.
      c. Select the desired header logo.

      d. Choose your widget's size. You can either choose a small or big size.

      e. Select the desired launcher icon, shape, and position.
      f. Enable or disable the Tag Zoho Desk toggle to display the phrase Powered by Zoho Desk ASAP at the bottom of your ASAP Help Widget.
