All asset operations require necessary permissions. Refer user profiles document for more details.

1. Access the Developer Application.
2. Select Asset in the left pane.
3. Click on the asset model name you want to edit. This opens the asset model's information page. For this illustration, the asset model: Diesel Generator is considered.
   
   
   
   
4. Click Edit Model.
   
   
   
   
5. Make the necessary changes. For this illustration, the allowed profiles are changed.
   
   
   
   
6. Click Save.
