2. As discussed in the previous point, only a few among the group may be interested in receiving these emails but others recipients who are members of the group email address may try to mark it as spam. When this happens, you may get more negative score (from mailbox providers) than usual. In the worst case, you may be blacklisted.
3. As far as role addresses are concerned, there is a completely different risk. Most role addresses are for employees who have direct access to the company network or have the authority to completely block out unwanted senders or marketers. So, not only will you be blocked out of that particular group address but you will also be blocked out of the entire corporate domain, leading to the loss of many potential leads within that particular organization.
4. Many antispam agencies create spam traps with role/group addresses to catch hold of spammers or marketers with poor list collection techniques.
