How can I cancel the Marketing Plus account subscription?
To cancel the subscription
Click the Profile icon at the top right corner of your window and select Manage Billings from the Subscription section.
Click Cancel Subscription in the Subscription Details page.
Click Downgrade Anyway in the popup.
Enter the reason for downgrading your Marketing Plus account.
To downgrade your subscription, you have two options:
Downgrade your subscription at the end of your current billing cycle
Downgrade your subscription immediately.
To downgrade your subscription immediately, clear the Downgrade automatically at the end of the current billing cycle check box, and then click Confirm Downgrade. You'll be notified that your subscription is closed and downgraded to the Free Plan.
To downgrade your subscription at the end of your current billing cycle, leave the Downgrade automatically at the end of the current billing cycle check box selected as is, and click Confirm Downgrade. You'll see a message that your subscription downgrade has been scheduled to the end of your billing cycle.
You can click Downgrade Immediately to downgrade your subscription immediately or click Resume Subscription to revert your cancellation from the Subscription Details page.
If you've clicked Resume Subscription, you'll be notified that your subscription has resumed successfully.
If you've clicked Downgrade Immediately, you'll see a message that your subscription has been closed with immediate effect and downgraded to the Free Plan.
You can reactivate your subscription anytime by accessing your Marketing Plus account and clicking the Upgrade My Subscription button.
