The Campaigns module lets you create contacts manually, import them from spreadsheets, or synchronize them from various applications like Zoho CRM, Zoho Meeting, Zoho Backstage, Zoho Analytics, Zoho Books, Zendesk, and Eventbrite. Contacts can also be segmented based on various criteria such as geographical location, demography, and so on.

Email campaigns are launched for various reasons such as welcome emails, newsletters, surveys, deals and offers, holiday greetings, and birthdays. It's important to send an email which attracts the customer or prospect's attention. The Campaigns module lets you choose from a wide range of predesigned templates which can be customized the way you want. You can also create a template from scratch using the template builder. These templates can then be previewed to check their compatibility with different devices.

Automate your email marketing efforts

Workflows in campaigns let you design a marketing strategy to ensure better engagement with your customers. You can use a workflow to automatically send series of emails based on various criteria and build a complete email journey. You can also create workflows by analyzing responses from the customers using Reply Tracking. Predefined workflow templates are available for welcome and onboarding, nurturing, re-engagement, and customer retention. Autoresponders letsyou follow up with your customers automatically. You can use workflows to send emails at preset time intervals or on a particular date, such to send a reminder for subscription renewal, send birthday and anniversary wishes, or share seasonal promotions. You can also choose to send automated campaigns to win back customers who have abandoned their cart after adding items to it on your ecommerce website. These personalized emails can persuade the user to come back and complete the purchase.

Real-time email analytics  

Campaigns offer accurate insights and statistics on all your email campaigns to analyze their performance. You can see the number of recipients who opened the email, and the links that received the highest number of clicks. Email bounces can be analyzed to ascertain the reason and spam addresses will be automatically moved to do-not-mail list. You can also view the geographical locations of your recipients and the type of device that they used to access the campaign. Google Analytics can also be integrated with Campaigns to track the links that are generating the most traffic to your website.
