Webinars are one of the most efficient ways to engage with your prospects and customers. They can be used to educate prospects and customers around the world about your business, market your product and services, build relationships, gather feedback, and generate new leads.
With the sharp rise in remote work over the last year, webinars have been extremely helpful for connecting with prospects and customers all around the world. Present to a wide audience

Kick start your webinar by either sharing your screen or conducting video conferences, which offer a virtual way to get in touch with your prospects and customers face-to-face. The attendees can join the webinar right from their browser and no applications need to be installed to attend the webinar. If a network interruption occurs, you can still connect to the webinar's audio conference using the dial-in toll free numbers from anywhere in the world. The entire webinar can be recorded and shared with the attendees in case they missed it or for their future reference.

Engage your audience

Create polls before or during the webinar to get insights from your audience. You can also answer questions during the webinar either privately or publicly. Important instructions or information can be sent during the webinar as broadcast messages. You can also prevent or allow the entire audience to speak during the webinar. They can also share their screens and ask questions and get answers from the presenter. Once the webinar is completed, the attendees can be directed to a feedback form, survey, or a webpage with relevant information about the topic of discussion.

Analyze and follow up

Detailed reports on the information about the registrants and attendees of a webinar, such as their email address, time of registration, country, and participation status can be analyzed. You can also get a detailed report on the polls, questions, and answers from the webinar. You can also generate a complete performance report which has information such as the number of registrants, number of attendees, which attendees contributed to polls and question and answer sessions, and other key information. These reports can be exported in CSV or XLS format. Follow-up emails can also be sent to all the registrants with the recording of the webinar.
