All CRM records are automatically synced with Motivator.
When you make any customization to CRM or if you face any mismatch issue, you can do manual sync to resolve the issue.
1. UPDATE CRM SYNC TOKEN:
CRM sync token is used to sync the data with CRM.
This token is created when the admin accesses the Motivator for the first time or when this UPDATE CRM SYNC TOKEN option is selected.
You can use this option in following case:
Your CRM org admin leaves or closes the CRM account
You face 'Sync Error' message in spite of you do not reach the sync limitations
The admin who initially accessed the Motivator did not have access to all CRM records, so your Motivator displayed limited records.
Notes:
New admin with access to all CRM records has to click UPDATE CRM SYNC TOKEN.
2. RE-SYNC USERS/MODULES/FIELDS
Everytime you add/delete new custom fields/modules in CRM, please use this option to reflect those changes to Motivator.
3. REBUILD CACHE
If you find any mismatch between the records in KPI and its count/sum/average results, try this option.
4. QUICK RE-SYNC
This option will fetch the records which are created in this month until today.
Try this option in case you find any out-of-date data this month.
5. FULL RE-SYNC
Full re-sync will fetch one year records in CRM.
Try this option only in case QUICK RE-SYNC does not resolve the issue.
