Create a new space or project in PageSense

If you're just part of an invited space in Zoho PageSense and do not have your own working space then you can quickly create a new Space to deploy experiments for different visitors, based on your business requirements. Having your own space in PageSense provides the freedom to add new collaborators, and to set user-based permissions for individuals working across different projects in your space (referred as My Space).

A space in Zoho PageSense is a portal for holding all your projects. We suggest that you use your organization or team name as the name of the space you create. 
To create a new space in PageSense:

1. Log in to your Zoho PageSense account, click on your profile picture in the top-right corner of your screen and then My Space button

2.  Click  +New Space button in the top-right corner, enter a name for your space, and click Create. 
You will be taken directly to the new space you've created, where you can start creating projects and experiments .

  1. You can only create space using a single Zoho account. We recommend that you use one space per organization, or one space per team in an organization.  
  1. You can make any space the default working space by clicking the More icon, followed by the Make Default button on the Space listing page.

Create a new project within a space

Once you're a part of a space in Zoho PageSense, it's vital to create multiple projects to organize and manage various sets of experiments that target different sections of your business website, multiple sites, or products. This feature also allows you to add multiple collaborators, and provide the right level of permission to people working on the same project to achieve a desired business goal.  
For example, say you have three different websites: an eCommerce, a health and fitness, and a travel blog site. In this case, you can create a project for each website, and run multiple experiments to analyze the metrics of different customers within a project.
The number of Projects that you can create in PageSense depends on your Subscription plan. To view your plan and usage details, click the Usage tab on the top-right corner.

A project contains the data for all the experiments within it, and each of those experiments share the same snippet code. You can create multiple A/B tests, Split URL tests, Heatmap, Form Analytics, and Funnel Analysis experiments in a project. 

To create a new project:
1.  Click the profile picture icon in the top-right corner, then click the My Space button

2. Choose the Space (either My Space or Invited Spaces) you want to create your new project in. then click the New Project button.

We recommend that you create a separate project for each domain.
3. Enter a name and description to your project, then click Create.

Your new project will now appear on your project's listing page, as shown in the image below.

To rename a project:
Click the edit icon next to the project name on the listing page and type in the name you want to use for the project. 


To delete or archive a project:
Go to your project listing page, select the project and choose Delete  or  Archive  button.
