Add a personal touch to your automated push notifications, and establish an instant connection with your customers. In PageSense, you can configure your push message's title and description based on your audience segments, and keep users engaged throughout the website journey. It also supports adding images, brand logos, and call-to-action(CTA) buttons that directs subscribers to other web pages, and ensures they spend more time on your web pages. Craft rich push messages with relevant content and images that will help your business stay on top in the market.
To add and customize your push message:
1. Once you choose your desired notification type, go to the MESSAGE tab and add an appropriate title, description, and URL link you want the users to land on when they click your notification.
ICON: Today's users are bombarded with notifications, so it's essential to get your users' attention when your push notification pops up. Adding your logo helps users in building a brand recall. The supported icon formats are JPG, JPEG, and PNG, and the recommended icon size is 192x192 px. The default icon shown is the Zoho PageSense logo
BANNER: Visuals help you amplify your message and make it eye-catching. Adding a banner image to your notification content will increase your chance of getting those extra user clicks. The supported banner image formats are JPG, JPEG, and PNG, and the recommended banner size is 360x240 px.
BUTTONS: You can add up to two CTA buttons in your notification. These buttons can be used to trigger different actions. For example, taking the user to the website sign up page, sending out a social message (Tweet), or opening the eCommerce site. CTA buttons in PageSense are only supported by Chrome. Firefox and Safari do not support PageSense at this time.
