Attendance Regularization
What is Attendance Regularization?
Attendance regularization offers employees the opportunity to submit requests and correct any inaccurate attendance records. These inaccuracies may arise from instances such as forgetting to check in or out or technical errors resulting in incorrect entries. Through the attendance regularization process, employees can submit a request to amend their attendance records by providing the correct information along with an explanation for the request.
Configuring Attendance Regularization
To configure attendance regularization, navigate to Settings > Attendance > Configuration > Regularization.
Here, you can configure what happens when a regularization request is raised. You can choose to create new check-in / check-out entries or replace the existing ones.
Reasons that employees can select when raising regularization requests can also be managed here.
Finally, the Restriction section includes options for how early the requests must be raised, how often they can be raised, and if requests for future dates are allowed.
You can setup an approval process for regularization requests from the Approvals tab.
