Personal Uploads
This space is exclusively for employees' documents. The personal uploads can be accessed only by employees. Admins do not have access to employees personal files. An organization is given with 1 GB of personal upload space. This space is divided amongst the employees who can store their personal documents and files, like a driver's license, a passport copy, etc.
The number of personal uploads per employee can be limited by administrators in the settings.
To add personal file:
- From home page, click Files > My data > Personal Uploads, and click Add Personal File.
- Choose upload file from the desktop or select the other option and choose the cloud service where you would like to upload file from.
- Enter the name and short description about the file.
- Click Save.
The file will be saved in your personal upload and it can be viewed and downloaded whenever necessary. - To edit or delete the file, click on the ellipsis icon.
