Candidate Onboarding - User Guide

Candidate onboarding is facilitated through portal. Once administrator have invited the candidate and triggered the onboarding, the candidate will get the email invite where they can set the password for the candidate onboarding portal and complete the process.

Steps to Complete Candidate Onboarding

Candidate should open their mail box, find the invite and set up the password for the portal. Upon setting up the password they will be directed to the welcome page of the onboarding portal.

Fill in all the mandatory information in the tabs. As you complete each tab in the onboarding process, you will progress to the next one. You can also go back to any step to alter or delete information if required.

Read, acknowledge and sign the required document in documents and policies section.

You're all set is the final step. A tick mark will appear beside each completed step. You can click on Complete Onboarding to finish the onboarding process.

If you have not completed the process and closed the tab, you can click the link provided in the email invitation to re-login to the portal to complete the onboarding.
