To configure appraisal review related settings, navigate to Settings > Performance > Configuration > Appraisal Review tab

Customize the order of sections. This is applicable in self appraisal, multi rater, performance user service (left bar) and review history pages.

Edit the feedback terms of employee's appraisal feedback. Also configure an option to re-open review if a certain feedback is received for a limited number of days.

Choose if hike for employees will be in percentage or amount.

Define the types of multi-raters who will participate in appraisal reviews. This categorization further helps in defining access to specific processes in the appraisal cycle.

Enable and make reason mandatory if required

Configure restrictions on appraisal review here, by enabling the corresponding options.
