Competency Settings

What is Competency?

Competency represents a blend of knowledge, skills, abilities, and personal attributes contributing to improved employee performance. Examples include analytical prowess, networking abilities, communication skills, and people management capabilities.

Configuring competency settings

To enable weight for competency navigate to Settings > Performance > Configuration > Competency and enable or disable weight as required.

When enabled, A weight value is associated with competencies. For example, a competency with a weight of 90 is of more significance than a competency with a weight of 50. Enable "limit weight to 100%" if required, this ensures that the sum of the defined weight does not exceed 100.
