What is feedback in Zoho People Performance Service?
Feedback enables employees to give and receive feedback through various methods, including peer-to-peer, reporting, and 360-degree feedback.

Configuring Feedback Settings

To configure feedback settings, navigate to Settings > Performance > Configuration > Feedback tab

To whom an employee can give feedback?

Choose from allowing employees to give feedback to anyone or employees of the same department

Feedback system

Select one of the two systems available for feedback here, this determines who can share feedback on whom in your organization.
Peer-to-Peer feedback allows employees to provide input on colleagues within the same department or organization, excluding those in higher hierarchical positions.
360-Degree feedback enables employees to offer input on colleagues within the same department or organization, including managers and those occupying higher positions in the organizational hierarchy.

Anonymous feedback

Enable to maintain feedback received as anonymous.

Feedback categories

Use this to allow employees to select a category for the feedback that they share. add new categories and select corresponding icons here. 

Request Feedback

Enable this option to allow employees to request feedback from any other employees in the organization. Additionally, Managers can request feedback on their reportees.
