Skill matrix
Skill Matrix feature gives an overview of employees and their skill set levels. Specify who has access to view skill matrix here.

Skill Levels
Skill levels help identify employee proficiency in their assigned skills. You can add up to 10 levels using the Add Level option, and enable Skill level name to label each level (for example, Intermediate, Professional, Expert, and more)
Weight
Associate a weight value with skill sets. For example, a skill set with a weight of 90 is of more significance than a skill set with a weight of 50. Enable "limit weight to 100%" if required, this ensures that the sum of the defined weight does not exceed 100.

Potential
"Potential" is derived by combining the weight of employee's skill set and their skill level. This potential serves as the input for the nine-box matrix. Setup the potential levels and their corresponding range here.
