Create a Custom View
- Navigate to a project from the Recent Projects section or the Projects tab and select a project.
Custom views can also be created for phases across projects from Overview > Phases section.
- Click the Phases tab in the top band. Open the List or Gantt view.
- Click + Create Custom View from the View drop-down.

- Select the criteria to create the custom view.
- Add additional criteria by hovering over a criterion and clicking +.
- Enter the Custom View Name.
- Add a description, if needed.
- Select Share Custom View for all users or specific users by selecting the relevant option.

- Set Accessibility criteria to display the custom view under global phases or to display it in other projects.
- Click Save.
Access custom view under the custom views section from the view drop-down.
Save Filter as Custom View
Save the filter selection as a new custom view.
To save a custom view:
- Navigate to a project from the Recent Projects section or the Projects tab and select a project.
Or from Overview > Phases.
- Click the Phases tab in the top band. Open the List or Gantt view.
- Click Filter (
), choose the required options, and click Find. Phases matching the filter criteria will be displayed.
- Click Save as next to the custom view.
- If you select Existing Custom View, your filter selection is added to an existing custom view.
- If you select New Custom View, continue with the steps below to save your filter selection as a new custom view.

- Click + Add to add criteria to the custom view.
- Click + Add Group to add a group of criteria within the existing criteria.
- Enter the Custom View Name, Description, and set Accessibility.
- Click Save.
Set as Favorite View
Set custom views as favorites for easy access.
- Navigate to a project from the Recent Projects section or the Projects tab and select a project.
- Click the Phases tab in the top band. Open the List or Gantt view.
- Hover over the selected custom view to view the favorite icon.
- Click the favorite icon (
) to add the view to your Favorite Views. - To remove a view from favorites, click the unfavorite icon (
).
Set as Default View
Set a custom view as your default (
) to automatically display phases in the same view every time you visit the page. - Navigate to a project from the Recent Projects section or the Projects tab and select a project.
- Click the Phases tab in the top band. Open the List or Gantt view.
- Hover over the custom view, click
> Set as Default View.
Edit or Delete Custom Views
- Navigate to a project from the Recent Projects section or the Projects tab and select a project.
- Click the Phases tab in the top band. Open the List or Gantt view.
- Hover over the custom view and click the edit icon (
) or delete icon (
) to modify or remove the view.
- Alternatively, open the view drop-down, hover over the custom view, click
> Edit to make changes or Delete to remove the view.
Export Phases in a Custom View
Phases in a custom view can be exported to an XLSX, CSV or PDF file.
- Navigate to a project from the Recent Projects section or the Projects tab and select a project.
- Click the Phases tab in the top band. Open the List or Gantt view.
- Click
in the top-right corner and click Export Phases. - Name the export and choose the format.
- Move columns from Available to Selected to include them in the export.
- Click Export.
