What are business rules?

Business Rules   are specific criteria set to trigger events when an action that occurs in the card  meets the criteria.  The triggered events are action sequences to Send Email, Update Fields, Configure Webhooks, or Associate Custom Functions.

For example, every time a card is created in the organization and the assignee field is unassigned, the card  must automatically be assigned to the card request o r.
