Export Data
The export data option in Zoho Recruit allows you to extract records from your account for reporting, analysis, sharing, or external processing by downloading structured data from various modules such as Candidates, Job Openings, Clients, and more.

What can you export?
You can export records from most modules in Zoho Recruit, including:
- Candidates
- Job Openings
- Clients & Contacts
- Interviews
- Assessments
- Campaigns
- Custom Modules & more
How to export data
- Go to Setup > Data Administration > Export.
- Select which module you wish to export data from, which view you want exported and click Export.
- You can choose to export Notes, Attachments & Tabular Records along with the module data.
- Once the files have been prepared for export, the download link will be sent to your registered email address.
⚠️ Important Note
- As a security measure, you must log in to your Zoho Recruit account before downloading exported data.
- The download link remains active for up to 48 hours after the request is generated. If the link expires, a new export request must be initiated.
- You can export a maximum of 20,000 records per module in a single request.

- Permissions matter
You can only export data you have access to based on your role and profile. - Field visibility
Only fields included in the export configuration will appear in the file. - Data limits
Large exports may be processed in batches depending on system limits. - Data sensitivity
Ensure exported files are handled securely, especially when they contain candidate or client information.
