Why integrate Shine with Zoho Recruit?  

Step 1: Enable Shine in Setup   

1. Go to Setup > Job Board Hub > Job Boards.
   
2. Search for Shine using the filters on the right-side and enable the toggle.
   
3. Enter your Shine credentials and click Save.
    
4. You can now publish your jobs in Shine with just a few clicks.

Step 2: Publish Jobs on Shine   

1. From the Job Openings module, go to the Job you wish to publish and click the Publish icon.
   
2. Select Shine and fill-in the form that is displayed.
   
3. Click Next when you're done.
   
4. Choose a Pre-screening Assessment if you wish and click Publish.
   
5. Your job is now published on Shine.
   

Step 3: Get insights for your published job      

1. Go to the Job Openings module and select the job you wish to get insights for.
   
2. Select Sourcing Summary from the Quick Access panel.
   
3. Click Shine. This will open a pop-up that displays the post's analytics.
   

Step 4: Unpublishing jobs from Shine 

1. Go to the job you wish to unpublish.
   
2. Click Sourcing Summary from the left side panel.
   
3. At the bottom of the sourcing summary page, you'll find the option to unpublish your posting.
   
4. Confirm to unpublish your job.
