Introduction to RouteIQ Live Tracker
RouteIQ Live Tracker is the second product from RouteIQ, a division of Zoho Corp.
It helps businesses track their vehicles(fleet) or field agents' location through the RIQ LT Agent mobile app.

Tracker Management
Create trackers for your field agents or vehicles in your fleet with tracking types like shift hours based or always to ensure location is tracked only when needed via the RIQ LT Agent mobile app.
RIQ LT Agent mobile app
The RIQ Agent mobile app is a supplementary app for RouteIQ Live Tracker. This app is needed only for field agents or vehicles whose location needs to be tracked. It helps you periodically(every 2 mins) or live track your fleet and field agents with optimized battery usage and offline capabilities.
Live Tracking
Visualize the live location of your on-duty field agent or fleet on the map with a contextual tracker state like traveling, idle, not reachable or misconfigured.
History View of Periodic Tracking
View exactly where your agent's or fleet's trip was in the past with tracking history to view the route they had taken and halts along the way with tracker misconfiguration audits, etc.
