Enable audio alerts within Zoho SalesIQ

Enable audio notification in Chrome

To ensure you don't miss any chats, make sure to enable the audio settings in your Chrome browser if they are currently disabled by default. Here's how you can enable it:

For users with SalesIQ subscription

  • In your Chrome browser, click on the Lock symbol right next to the URL.
  • Navigate to Site Settings.
  • You will be navigated to the Permissions  page.  Here, choose the Allow option for Sound and your audio notifications will be enabled.

For users with CRM Plus subscription

  • In your Chrome browser, click on the Lock  symbol right next to the URL.
  • Navigate to Site Settings.

Enable Audio notifications in Safari

For users with Zoho SalesIQ subscription:

  • In your Safari browser, click Safari on the top band and choose Settings for this website

  1. In the Auto-play section, choose Allow All Auto-play.

For users with CRM Plus subscription

  1. In your Safari browser, click  Safari on the top band and choose Settings for this website
  1. In the Auto-play section, choose Allow All Auto-play.

Enable audio notification for Ulaa

For users with SalesIQ subscription
  1. In your Ulaa browser, click on the Lock symbol right next to the URL.
  2. Navigate to Site Settings.
  1. You will be navigated to the Permissions page. Here, choose the Allow option for Sound and your audio notifications will be enabled.
