Prerequisites
Here are some things to know before you sign up.
- Zoho Service Plus is a web-based application. While it doesn't require installing or downloading software, your web browser must meet our requirements for the best user experience.
- You'll need to provide an email address associated with the account. We'll consider this email address the primary contact of your account until you change it.
- After you sign up, your account starts on a 15-day free trial that lets you evaluate the full range of innovative and powerful features with no cost or contractual obligations.
- You may upgrade to our paid plan anytime during or after the trial by entering a credit card.
Accessing Zoho Service Plus
You'll need to create a new account or sign in with an existing account to have rewarding conversations with your customer using Zoho Service Plus.
Sign up for Zoho Service Plus
If you do not have a Zoho account, you can choose to create one by following these easy steps:
- Go to https://www.zoho.com/serviceplus/.
- Enter your Name, Email Address, Password, and Phone Number.
- Read the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy and select the checkbox.

- Click Sign up for free.
- Check your email inbox for the account activation email.
- Open the account activation email, then click Confirm Account.
Congrats! You just created your account!
Sign in to Zoho Service Plus
You can sign in and use Zoho Service Plus if you already have a Zoho account.
To sign in
- Go to https://www.zoho.com/serviceplus/.
- Click Sign In at the top-right corner.
- Enter your Email Address and Password, and click Sign In.

After signing in to your account, you will land on the Home page of Zoho Service Plus. From here, you can easily collaborate with your organization users over chat messages, voice, and video calls, conduct meetings, and share screens and files. You can access other Service Plus applications by switching between tabs, such as Desk, SaleIQ, Projects, etc.
