1. Can I change the currency type of my account?
No, the base currency is set by the Admin when configuring the payment option for the portal. It cannot be changed later.
2. Can I receive payments from other currencies around the globe?
Yes, the attendees will be able to pay in any currency while they register for the session.
3. Can I delete a ticket for a paid training?
You can choose to inactivate a registrant's ticket for a paid training using the toggle button under the People tab, after which, your trainees need not pay to attend the session. However, you will not able to delete a configured ticket.
4. How does a trainee receive a confirmation on buying a ticket?
ShowTime sends a confirmation email to the trainees with details about their payment invoice once they buy a ticket for a session.
5. Can a trainer refund a payment to the trainee?
Yes. As a trainer on ShowTime, you can also refund the amount by clicking on the registrant name displayed under the People tab and selecting Refund. 6. Can a trainee cancel the registration for a session and get a refund?
Based on the refund policy duration specified , ShowTime will refund the entire cost to the trainee once they cancel their registrated session. 7. Will a registrant be allowed to attend a session after sending a refund?
Yes, you can allow a registrant to attend the session even after refunding their ticket cost. To do this, click Refund under the People tab and uncheck Deny session access.
8. As a trainer, can I cancel or deny access to paid registrants for a session?
As a trainer, if you choose to deny participation for a trainee who has registered and paid for a session, the ticket payment will be automatically refunded to the registrant.
9. Can a trainee simultaneously pay and buy tickets for other co-trainees with one particular card transaction?
No. Because registration and payment are unique for each attendee on ShowTime, each registration must be processed individually.
10. If a participant fails to attend a training, will they be eligible for a refund?
No. Currently, your trainees cannot initiate a refund for unattended sessions. However, you can send a recording of the training to your registrants to help them watch and learn about their missed session.
