To deliver and control your presentation using your mobile, first download the Zoho Presenter app.
Ways to download:
Android
Open Play Store and enter ShowTime Presenter app in the search bar and tap Install.
iOS
Open App store and enter ShowTime Presenter app in the search bar and tap Install.
Navigate between the slides and take control of your presentation using this app. The controls and tools of the Presenter app are similar to the ShowTime web application.
Request your attendees to download the Viewer app to connect to an ongoing or a scheduled session with the Join key displayed on the instruction slide.
Follow the below steps to deliver your presentation using your mobile:
- Open the ShowTime Presenter app on your mobile device.
- Enter your Zoho email address and password to login.
- Swipe through the tour for an overview of how the ShowTime Presenter app works, then tap Get Started.
You will see two tabs: All and CompletedSessions.
- The All tab contains all your uploaded presentations along with information on the last presented date and time.
- The Completed Sessions tab contains a list of completed presentations with the name of the presentation, total attendees' present, number of questions posed by attendees', likes received, ratings received, and polls conducted.
Join From a Mobile Device
There are three ways for attendees to join your session from their mobile devices:
- Connect through a web browser: The attendee goes to attend.zoho.com and enters the Join key from the instruction slide.
- Connect through a "Join" link: The attendee clicks the Join link sent in the registration email.
- Connect through the Viewer app: The attendee downloads the Viewer app from either the Play Store or the App Store, and once they're in the app, enters the Join key.
Once attendees are connected, they can use their mobile devices to view your slides, answer poll questions, pose questions about slides, and "like" other attendee's questions.
Select your presentations
- Select a presentation that you would like to deliver from the All tab. To start presenting, tap on the particular presentation and hit Launch.
- Set a Join Key
- A Join key will be set by default. If you would like to modify this, create a key and tap Start.
You will be prompted to project the presentation on the projector. If you would like to do this, tap Proceed, then visit present.zoho.com on your laptop for a QR code and an event pin, which will be available on the screen. This allows you to export your presentation from your phone to any laptop without signing into your ShowTime account. If you don't want to use this option, tap Skip to deliver the presentation through the presenter app.
Scan the QR code from your laptop screen with your mobile device or enter the event pin that is displayed and tap Connect.You can deliver a talk from the Presenter app or by tapping on Launch Presentation.
Note: While delivering via the web ShowTime, to control using your mobile, sign into your ShowTime presenter app. You will be prompted with an ongoing presentation, tap on Take control to control your presentation through your mobile device. Your slides will now load on your mobile device.
Slideshow navigation
1) Join Link
- The Instruction slide explains the different ways your attendees can connect to your session. This is the first screen that your attendees will see. This screen contains the Join key. You can also display the instruction slide during the session to let tardy participants join.
- To display the Join key to your attendees, tap the Key icon in the upper-right corner of the screen to project it to your attendees, then swipe it to resume your presentation.
2) Engagement Meter
- View the engagement level of your attendees while presenting.This will show you the current number of members present for your talk. With the help of the engagement meter, you can make your talk more interesting and engaging.
- Tap the Engagement meter icon in the bottom-left corner of the screen.
3) Slide
If you're running out of time to finish your presentation and need to quickly jump between slides, you can use the Slide option. This option contains details such as the Slide number and heading. Tap the Slide button in the bottom-right corner of the screen to skip to a particular slide.
4) Navigation
To navigate to the next or previous slide from the presenter application, swipe between the screens.
5) Slide Notes
With slide notes, you can write down key points about each slide to help improve your delivery.
Start a poll
Create or import polls during the session to keep your session engaging and interactive.

Tap the Polls tab in the bottom-right side of the screen.
There will be two tabs: Yet to Conduct and Conducted. On the Yet to Conduct tab, you will see polls that were already created/imported, but not hosted during the session. On the Conducted tab you will see polls that were hosted during the session.
- To create a new poll, tap the Create New icon on the upper-right corner of the screen, then tap Create poll.
- Choose a poll format from the pop-up window.
- Enter a question, set options for responses, then tap the Tick mark.

Import a poll from your Poll Library
- Tap the Polls tab in the bottom-right corner of the screen.
- To import a poll, tap the Create New icon on the upper-right corner of the screen, then tap Import poll.
- Select a poll and tap Done.
Start a poll
- Tap the Polls tab in the bottom-right side of the screen.
- Select a poll from the Yet to conduct section, then tap Start.
- The poll will appear in a pop-up window on your attendees' mobile devices.
- Tap Show Result to display the poll results to your attendees.
Edit or delete an existing poll
- Tap the Polls tab in the bottom-right corner of the screen.
- Swipe over the poll to see the Edit and Delete options.
- Tap Edit to make changes to your poll, then tap the Tick button.
- Tap Delete to remove your poll from the session. You will be asked to verify the action by tapping the Delete button.
Note: Deleting a poll that you imported will remove it from your presentation, but it will remain in your Poll Library. Polls created during the session will not be stored in the Poll Library if deleted.
Answer questions
Your attendees can raise questions from their devices and interact with you. If you have a shy attendee this can be a good solution for them. Simply request that they post questions through their devices.
You will be notified on the Questions button when your attendees raise a question, as shown below. Tap on it to view the question.
Here you will see two sections - Questions and Answered.
i) Questions
The question raised by your participant will appear on the Question tab along with the participant name and slide number. To display the questions on your attendee's device and on the projector, swipe left adjacent to the question. Your attendees will be able to view the question or save it for later. If you would like to omit a question, do no display it.
ii) Answered
When you display the question to your attendees, they will be able to view it on their devices and on the projector. The question raised moves to the Answered section. Respond to the question in real time.
iii) Exit
You can exit your presentation at any time by tapping the Overflow icon and the hit Exit Presentation in the upper-right corner of the screen. However, you must reach the last slide in your presentation for it to be considered ‘Complete’.
Get instant feedback
After you exit your presentation, a 'Session details' summary will appear on your screen. View details like the name of the session, the total number of attendees, the time duration of your session, and the number of slides presented.
Meanwhile, a Rating window will appear on your attendee's screens. Here, they can rate and provide feedback about your presentation. Once they submit the rating and feedback, a predefined thank you message from the presenter will pop up on their devices.
