Settings

Make your workspace versatile using the different options available in Zoho Sigma.

 

Developers

Add colleagues to your workspace and enable them to work on multiple extensions in parallel. 

How to add a developer 

  1. Navigate to the  Developers section in the Settings module. 
  2. Click Add Developer.
  3. Enter the developer’s name and email address.  
  4. Select the role of the developer in your extension. Learn more about access privileges for different roles here.
  5. Click Save.


An invitation email will be sent to the mentioned email ID. Only after the developer accepts the invitation, they will be able to access the portal. 

Re-invite developer

If a developer misses the invite or if you want to resend invitation to a developer, 
  1. Hover over the developer name and click  . 
  2. Choose Re-invite from the dropdown. 

Associate a developer with your extension

1. Navigate to Extensions  module, hover over your extension and click .
2. Navigate to the  Developers tab. 
3. Click Associate Developer . 
4. Select the developer from the drop down menu and click Add.
Note: Only members can be associated to extensions. Other users like admin and workspace owner will not be listed here. 



Audit Logs

Every activity performed in your Sigma account is captured in Audit Logs. You can view the time in which the activity was performed, the user who performed it, type of the activity, and also a detailed description of the activity.
