Reports for Google My Business

Google My Business is a platform where you can get your business listed. These listings can be analyzed by looking at the number of clicks, reviews, questions, and other metrics. The more engagement you receive, the better your listing's reach will be. 

Summary Reports

Reviews Summary - This card displays a summary of the reviews and questions received on your listing.
  1. Review count - The total number of reviews on your listing.
  2. Reviews added/removed - The number of reviews added/removed recently and the average per day.
  3. Average rating - The average rating received on your listing.
Performance Summary - The overall performance of your listing.
  1. Search Impressions: The number of impressions on your Google My Business profile from Google search. You can also view the average impressions per day and the growth rate.
  2. Map Impressions: The number of impressions on your Google My Business profile from Google Maps. You can also view the average impressions per day and the growth rate.
  3. Visitor Actions: The percentage of different types of actions performed in your Google My Business profile. You can view the percentage of users who visited the website, viewed directions, and clicked on the phone number.
  4. Conversations: The total number of message requests received for your Google My Business profile. You can also view the average impressions per day and the growth rate.

Reviews & Questions Reports 

Review growth - The total number of reviews received on your Google My Business listing, and the reviews received per day over a period of time.
 


Performance Reports

Search Impression The number of impressions on your business profile from Google Search via desktop or mobile devices for the specified time period. Multiple impressions by the same user in a day will be treated as single impression.

 
Map Impression The number of impressions on your business profile from Google Maps via desktop or mobile devices for the specified time period. Multiple impressions by the same user in a day will be treated as single impression.

 
Visitor ActionsThe Google My Business profile will consist of information like your phone numbers, address, and website. This dashboard displays the total number of clicks on all these buttons for the specified time period.

If the performance reports were added to custom reports earlier, they will no longer be available. You can go ahead and include the new set of performance reports.
