Yes, you can answer directly to posts from your Monitor tab from Zoho Social. Similarly, you can also reply, re-tweet, or like any tweet directly from the Monitor tab. You can view more information about the author of these posts/tweet directly, by clicking on it.

Furthermore, you also have the option to kick-start a discussion about the tweet or post internally, within your own team, by using the Discuss option. These discussions can be accessed through the Collaborate tab, which sits alongside the Monitor tab.
