Why am I unable to reply to some Facebook Messages?
Due to new API changes by Facebook, you can reply to a message within seven days of receiving it on a third-party app. However, after the seven day window, you cannot reply to a message sent by the Facebook user through Zoho Social's chat.

You can head over to Facebook's web browser or messenger to natively reply to these messages.
