Click + Create new secret key and enter a suitable name.
Click Create secret key.
Copy the secret key and click Done.
Note: Once you click Done, you will not be able to view or copy the key once again. You will need to create a new secret key if you wish to do so.
Step 2: Integrating with Zoho Social
Go to Settings > Preference > Publishing and enable Compose with Zia.
Enter the OpenAI secret key and click the tick button.
Read the data privacy notice thoroughly, then click the Proceed button to access Zia.
Alternatively, you can set up the integration from the Compose window.
To do so:
Click the New Post button in the top-right corner of your Social dashboard.
Click the Compose with Zia button to access Zia.
Enter the secret key generated from the Open AI platform.
Click Proceed.
What data will be shared with OpenAI from Zoho Social?
Zoho Social only shares the content that's entered as a prompt in Zia with OpenAI.

What kind of content can I generate with Zia in Zoho Social?
Zia can generate social media posts, hashtags, Instagram captions, Twitter posts, and threads, and can also rephrase the content.
To generate respective content, select the appropriate category from the Compose with Zia popup.
Can I modify the content generated by Zia?
Yes, once the content suggested is added to the Compose window, you can go ahead and modify it as required.
How many content suggestions can Zia generate at a time?
Zia can generate a maximum of five suggestions at a time. You can also choose to include images, hashtags, and emojis.
Will Zia be available across all the pricing plans of Zoho Social?
Zia will be available for all the Standard, Professional, Premium, Agency, and Agency Plus plans. However, you need a paid OpenAI account to setup Zia in Zoho Social.
Who can set up Zia in Zoho Social?
The administrator of your Zoho Social account can set up Zia in Zoho Social. Once set up, other users in the Zoho Social portal can use Zia from the Compose window.
Can I use the same secret key in Zoho Social that's been used in another Zoho product?
Yes, the same OpenAI secret key can be used in multiple Zoho products. For example, the OpenAI secret key used in Zoho CRM can also be used in Zoho Social.
What happens when the OpenAI secret code used in Zoho Social is deleted?
If the secret code is deleted in OpenAI, Zia's integration with ChatGPT will not work. The brand admin will need to replace the old secret key specified in Zoho Social with a new one from OpenAI.
How do I deactivate Zia's generative AI in Zoho Social?
To deactivate Zia in Zoho Social, go to Settings > Preference > Publishing and disable the Compose with AI toggle switch.
Once disabled, the Compose with Zia button will be disabled in the Compose window in your organization.
