Solo Sign Up

Solo can be downloaded from the AppStore, PlayStore, and Solo website. To learn more about how to download Solo, click here.

Once Solo is downloaded, you can sign in to the application with your Zoho account credentials if you are using any other Zoho applications. If not, you will need to sign up with Solo account the first time you launch the application. After which, you can use the same credentials to sign in to Solo on any device. To stop using Solo on any device, you will need to sign out manually.

You can also sign up with Solo using your Apple ID and Google ID credentials on iOS and Android devices, respectively.

To sign up for Solo on iOS:

Open the Solo app
Click Create a Solo account, or click Sign in with Apple if you want to use your Apple ID credentials to sign in to Solo.

If you have chosen to create a Solo account, then fill in the required details and click Sign Up.

You will get a prompt for OTP. Enter the OTP sent to your email address to verify your account.
Enter your organization info. Click Get started.

Your Solo account is now ready and you can start using the application.

To sign up for Solo on Android:

Open the Solo app
Click Create a Solo account, or click Sign in with Google if you want to use your Google ID credentials to sign in to Solo.

If you have chosen to create a Solo account, then fill in the required details and click Sign Up.

Enter your organization info. Click Get started.

Your Solo account is now ready and you can start using the application.
