Zoho Tables lets you explore and create your own bases without needing to create a Zoho account upfront. This is ideal if you just want to try out the product or build a base before committing to sign up.
What can guest users do?
Create and edit bases from scratch.
Use most of the core features to organize and manage your data.
Experiment with tables, views (gallery, kanban and calendar), sort, and filter.
How to start as a guest
Open Zoho Tables in your browser without logging in.
Create a new base from the available templates or start with a blank base.
Use the full interface to add tables, columns, and rows, and set up your data.
Sync your base by creating an account
If you like what you’ve built and want to manage your base extensively, you can sync your work to a Zoho account at any time:
Click the sign up or log in button in Zoho Tables.
Follow the prompts to create an account or sign in.
After logging in, a pop-up will appear prompting you to sync your base. Click Sync Now to sync your base to your account immediately.
Alternatively, choose Save Draft to save your base and sync it later from the Zoho Table settings page.
Important notes for guest users
Guest sessions are temporary, and your work is saved locally until you sync it.
Some advanced features may require an account to use fully.
Guest users cannot access or collaborate on tables shared by others.
