In this article we'll learn how you can communicate with ease using threads.
In Cliq channels, if the admin has enabled it, you can reply in threads. To reply in a thread:
To follow a threaded conversation, click Follow on the parent message.
Alternatively, to follow a threaded conversation that you've popped out and opened in a separate chatbox:

You'll automatically start following a thread when you:
To auto-follow all of the threaded conversations in a channel, irrespective of whether you send a thread reply or are @mentioned:
To unfollow a threaded conversation, click Unfollow on the parent message.

To add a channel participant as a thread follower:

Note: The closed thread can be reopened later by any channel participant.

You can view all of the threads in a channel by clicking the Thread icon on the chatbox header. This will open a dialog in which the threads you're following and those you are not will be listed separately under two tabs.
You can choose to show or hide the closed threads listed in the Following and Non-Following tabs. By default, the closed threads will be listed. To hide them from the list:
