Using Smart Assistant

The Smart Assistant's command interface has the following input fields:

@ Mention People

To @mention users and add them as your email recipients, Cliq group participants, etc.

& Attach File

To upload files from the app and also from the local device.

/ Action

To use slash commands to execute the desired actions.

: Options

To use specific functions pertaining to the slash commands.

As you leverage the built-in slash commands or type down what you wish to accomplish, the Smart Assistant will map it to all of the possible actions you can take across Zoho apps.

For instance, if you type /Call, it will automatically show a list of contacts, giving preference to your frequent contacts first. You can either choose from this list or @mention the contact you need. Then you can hop on an audio, video, or screen-share call.

Another approach you can take while using the Smart Assistant is to @mention contacts and let the Smart Assistant suggest all of the suitable actions you can perform next—such as calling the contacts, sending them an email, starting a private chat, or initiating a Zoho Meeting session. These options update intelligently according to whatever you type next.

You can also type your commands like how you would casually speak. So, if you'd like to create a task with a specific due date, you can type it in and the Smart Assistant will translate your words into action.
