Accessing Delegated Mailboxes in Trident

Mailboxes delegated from the Zoho Mail web app can be accessed in Trident's left pane under the Delegated section. Following are the permission levels with which mailbox owners can delegate them.

Read: Delegates can only view emails; all other actions, such as replying, moving, or marking emails as read/unread, are restricted. When a delegate reads an email, it remains unread for the mailbox owner.

Write: Delegates can perform various actions, including reading, replying, forwarding, archiving, deleting, and flagging spam emails—but they cannot compose new emails.

Send on Behalf: Delegates can compose, reply to, and manage emails. The recipient will see the delegated user's email in the "Sent by" field when they receive the message.

Send as: Delegates can read, reply to, compose, and send emails from the delegated mailbox. When sending or responding to emails, they can use the owner's email address as the "From" address.
