To view an Expense email notification in Live Data view:
Click open the email notification.
Switch to the Expense Live Data view in the top-right corner of the email detail view.
You can view expense details and perform actions like approving or rejecting expenses, reviewing attachments, adding comments, and more, all without leaving your mailbox.
The Expenses tab presents a clear overview of all the incurred expenses, providing essential details such as expense category, date of expense, and accompanying comments.
The history tab displays a comprehensive overview, including details such as the name of the creator, the creation date of the expense, and a detailed timeline showcasing every single edit made to the expense.
The expense summary displays the reimbursable amount, advance amount, and the amount to be reimbursable. To view an expense summary:
Click the View Summary option under reimbursable amount.
You can view and add comments related on the submitted expense report. To comment on the expense report:
Click the Comment icon on the right side of the expense.
Enter your comment in the text box that appears.
Click Send.
Once you have gone through the expense report, you can choose to either approve the expense or reject it. The action taken in Trident will automatically be reflected in the Zoho Expense web application.
