To apply for leave:
Click the plus icon.
On the Apply Leave form that pops up, select the leave type and the desired date range.
Add the team email address and the leave reason.
Click Add.
To convert days of absence into leave:
Click open the Leave Report drop-down.
Under the Absent section, click Convert.
On the Apply Leave form that pops up, fill in the required details.
Click Add.
To record your working hours:
Click the Check-In button to log into your work.
Click the Check-Out button to log out of your work.
You'll find the duration of your logged-in hours next to the Check-In/Check-Out button for that particular day.
The Leave Report gives you an overview of the days you were absent and your available leave. To view them, click open the Leave Report drop-down. For that annual year, per your company's leave policy, you'll find the list of the types of leave, such as Casual Leave, Sick Leave, Optional Holiday, and others. This list will show you the amount of leave you've taken and the available leave under each leave type.
To view the available holidays and optional leave, click open the Upcoming Holidays drop-down.
To look up an organization member's contact details:
Click the People Search icon.
Search for the person you're looking for by typing their name, email address, or employee number in the search bar and hit enter.
Click open the record to view the contact's details and connect with them over email, chat, or calls.
