Workaround for Windows 10:
Navigate to Start > Settings > Apps > Apps & features.
Select Trident and click Uninstall.
In the alert that appears, click Uninstall.
Once uninstalled, go to www.zoho.com/trident to install the latest version.
Workaround for Windows 11:
Navigate to Start > Settings > Apps > Installed apps.
Click the More Options icon beside Trident.
Click Uninstall.
Once uninstalled, go to www.zoho.com/trident to install the latest version.
