How to merge selected images of a Zoho Form in Zoho Writer

If you have an Image Choice field in your form and want to have the selected image in your template, follow the below steps.

We will take an example of a team member asking for t-shirt colors to other colleagues for a get together.

1. Add all the images in Writer's mail merge template.

2. For each image row in the template, add conditional fields in Writer.

For the Black shirt row:
When the user chooses a black shirt in the form, only the row with the black shirt image will appear in the template.

For the Red shirt row:
When the user chooses a red shirt in the form, only the row with the red shirt image will appear in the template.

For the Blue shirt row:
When the user chooses a blue shirt in the form, only the row with the blue shirt image will appear in the template.

For the Green shirt row:

When the user chooses a green shirt in the form, only the row with the green shirt image will appear in the template.

After the conditions are inserted, this is how the merged document will look for each user's submission:
