How to merge templates with data collected in a Sheet on form submissions?

Getting info from FORM to SHEET:

1. Open Zoho Forms and start creating a new form and hit Save.

2. Now click on Integrations and select Zoho Sheet from the right panel and click on Integrate.

3. While creating the form, you can set in which format(DOCX, PDF, ETC..) the submission acknowledgement should be sent to your client.

4. After form submission, the data submitted will automatically get reflected in your Zoho Sheet document.

Using SHEET as DATA SOURCE in WRITER FOR MERGE:

1. Create a document in writer by visiting https://writer.zoho.com/new

2. Now save the same as template using Save as template option within File in writer.

3. Once this is done, select Automate option by clicking on the Hamburger Icon at the top left corner.

4. Now select Merge Template and select the data source as Zoho Sheet and choose the worksheet in which you have got the data from form.

5. Once this is done, add the field accordingly in the Writer document.
