Move Molecules
Move molecules by dragging the cursor.
Undo (Ctrl/Cmd +Z)
Reverse the last action.
Redo (Ctrl/Cmd +Y)
Repeat the last action.
Copy (Ctrl/Cmd C)
Copy selected molecules.
Paste (Ctrl/Cmd P)
Paste copied structures.
Cut (Ctrl/Cmd +X)
Cut selected molecules.
Rotate (Ctrl/Cmd R)
Rotate selected molecules.
Flip V (Ctrl/Cmd+Shift+V)
Flip the selected molecule vertically, equivalent to a 180° rotation around a vertical axis.
Flip H (Ctrl/Cmd+Shift+V)
Flip the selected molecule horizontally, equivalent to a 180° rotation around a horizontal axis.
Zoom In
Zoom in on the structure.
Zoom Out
Zoom out from the structure.
Erase
Delete selected molecules, bonds, or atoms.
Copy As
Copy selected structure in different formats (Mol, SMILES, InChi, SMARTS).
