Why was my account blocked?

ZeptoMail is a dedicated platform for sending transactional emails, such as OTPs, password resets, and onboarding emails. This means we do not support bulk, promotional or marketing emails. 

Transactional and promotional emails follow different deliverability patterns. Using the same sending channel for both can affect inbox placement, especially for transactional emails, which are often time-sensitive and confidential. To ensure consistently high deliverability for transactional emails, ZeptoMail maintains a clear separation between transactional and marketing use cases.

According to our terms of service, if you use ZeptoMail consistently to send promotional or marketing emails, our platform will automatically block email sending for your account.
