Why was my account blocked?
ZeptoMail is a dedicated platform for sending transactional emails like OTPs, abandon cart notifications, on-boarding emailers, etc.,
These emails are mostly triggered by a user action unlike unsolicited emails like bulk marketing emails, promotional emails, and spam emails. Hence unsolicited emails have a higher chance of being tagged as spam by the recipient's MX server or mailbox clients.
Allowing bulk emails can affect the reputation of our IPs and in-turn the deliverability. If you send bulk emails or spam, our platform will automatically block you.
If you are a transactional email sender and your account was still blocked, write an email addressed to presales@zeptomail.com and we will assist you with the further steps.
