Integrating Salesforce and Zoho LandingPage streamlines lead generation, marketing, and sales by automatically syncing leads captured through the landing pages to your lead lists and campaigns in Salesforce. This automation reduces manual data entry and centralizes lead information in Salesforce for easy access and management. The integration also provides insights into lead sources and campaign performance, enabling businesses to optimize their marketing strategies.
Only portal owners and portal admins can setup an integration in your Zoho LandingPage account. Portal owners, portal admins, and workspace managers can connect, pause, and disconnect integrations with the landing pages in their portal/ workspace.

Creating a campaign in Salesforce

  1. In your Salesforce dashboard, create a new campaign by accessing the Campaigns tab in your dashboard.



  2.  Click on the New Button in the Campaigns tab. In the popup window, enter all the details of the campaign and click Save.


Integrating Salesforce in your portal

  1.  In your LandingPage workspace, click on the Settings Icon in the top right corner to open the settings menu. 



  2.   Select the Integrations tab and choose CRM from the displayed sub-menu. In the list of integrations displayed now, select Salesforce and click on the Add Account button to integrate your Salesforce account with your Zoho LandingPage portal.



  3.   Once you have connected your Salesforce account with your Zoho LandingPage portal, you can begin to integrate your landing pages with your campaigns in Salesforce.



Integrating Salesforce in your landing page

  1. In your landing page builder, click on Integrations on the top bar to view and manage the integrations for the landing page.



  2.   In the Integrations window, select CRM from the categories displayed and choose Salesforce from the list of integrations.



  3.   In the integration popup window, select your account and list. Map your landing page form fields to the fields available in Salesforce. You also have the option of enriching your leads with publicly available information when you enable lead enrichment. Once you have entered all the details, click on Continue to integrate your landing page with Salesforce.



  4.  You have now successfully integrated your landing page with Salesforce. Leads from your landing page forms will be automatically pushed to your Salesforce CRM.
