Form Analytics
Form analytics in Zoho LandingPage provides invaluable insights into the performance of forms placed within landing pages. They focus on understanding how visitors interact with the forms, identifying areas of improvement, and optimizing conversion rates. You can track form metrics such as form visits, starters, abandons, and conversions.
- To view the form analytics of your published landing pages, login to your Zoho LandingPage workspace and click on the respective published landing page or click on the vertical ellipsis to find the Page Analytics option in the menu.
- To view the form analytics of your published landing pages from your landing page builder, click on the Page Analytics icon present in the top bar.
- Navigate to Form to view the performance of the landing page form.
- Now, you will get a comprehensive overview about the form visitors, visits, starters, abandons, and conversions.
- You can also visualize the form metrics over time through graphical representations.
- Upon scrolling down, you'll find information regarding both the average time taken to submit the form and the average time spent on the form.
- The Field Level Stats in form analytics provides detailed insights into how visitors interact with each field on your form. This information helps you understand visitor behavior at a granular level, enabling you to optimize your form fields for better engagement and conversion.

Form Fields: This column lists all the fields included in your form.

Focus: The Focus metric indicates the number of times visitors clicked into a specific field, indicating their initial engagement with that field.
- Interaction: The interaction metric represents the number of times visitors interacted with a field, such as typing text, selecting options, and more.
- ReFocus: This measures how many times visitors returned to a field after initially engaging with it, suggesting the need for additional input or clarification.
- Corrections: This metric indicates the number of times visitors made corrections or changes to the input in a form field.
- DropOffs: DropOffs represent the number of visitors who abandoned the form after interacting with a specific field, indicating potential friction points or dissatisfaction with that field.
- Get to know the percentage of filled and blank fields within your form.
