Popup Analytics

Popup analytics is a vital aspect of understanding user interactions with popups on landing pages. By analyzing data related to popups, you can optimize their effectiveness in conveying messages, collecting data, or driving visitor actions.

How to view popup analytics in Zoho LandingPage?

  1. To view the landing page analytics of your published landing pages, login to your LandingPage workspace and click on the respective published landing page or click on the vertical ellipsis to find the Page Analytics option in the menu.



  2. To view the landing page analytics of your published landing pages from the landing page builder, click on the Page Analytics icon present in the top bar.



  3. To view the popup analytics, navigate to Popups.



You can assess the performance of popups by tracking the following metrics:
  1. Visitors: This metric measures the total number of visitors to your landing page where the popup is displayed.
  2. Engaged visitors This metric measures the total number of visitors who engage with the popups by hovering over the popup, spending time reading the popup content, or interacting with elements within the popup.
  3. Impressions: This metric indicates the total number of times your popup is seen by your visitors.
  4. Clicks: Clicks represent the number of times visitors interact with the popup by clicking on it.
  5. Clicks per visit: Clicks per visit is a ratio that measures the total number of clicks to the total number of visits.
  6. Conversions: This metric measures when the total number of visitors who complete the desired action of filling a form or clicking on the cta present on the popup.
By tracking such metrics, you can gain valuable insights into how effectively your popups are engaging visitors and driving desired actions. These insights can help you make iterative improvements to your popup design, messaging, targeting, and timing, ultimately enhancing visitor experience and maximizing conversion rates.
