Controls for life sciences for signers from other data centers

If your life science business operates across the globe with signers worldwide, this module allows you to achieve this with required controls and consent management.

For example, if your organization's Zoho Sign account is in the United States data center (https://sign.zoho.com/zs), and you wish to collect signature from your signer, whose account is in the European Union data center (https://sign.zoho.eu/zs), the life sciences module will help you achieve the this.


Signing experience

Enabling the life science controls and sending the document for signatures remains the same. However, for the signing experience, your signer must have logged in to their Zoho Sign account. If not, they will be prompted to. 
  1. Once done, your signer will be redirected to the consent page requesting permission for Zoho Sign access to your profile.
  2. Click Accept.
  3. Enter the access code received via email or SMS.
  4. Read the legal disclosure and click Agree & Continue.
  5. Once the first signature/initial field is filled, the signer will be asked to enter the access code they receive in their email/SMS.
  6. Click Finish once all the fields are filled. 
Notes
The signed document will be available only in the sender's account.
